I stayed in this hotel for the past 4 days. Managers are good and staffs also good. All are responsive. Though I stayed about 4 days they didn’t change the or cleaned the room even though I asked for them to clean they didn’t , they didn’t change the towels. This is the one of the draw back I have seen. Coming to the matters omg though it was more cushiony and springy it’s not good for the people with back pain. After woke up the morning I got a muscle cramp in the back and it went severe pain and went to near by Suraj hospital and got injected and took medicine. These are two draw backs I have seen. Hope they will consider these things and will improve. Rest all good!!!! Definitely I will try to stay next time also in the same hotel hope they will take care of these two things. Planning to come on March end.

The hotel is nice for its budget. They have a small kitchen and fridge inside the room. Ac's are working. The staff is good. Overall its a good place to stay if your planning to stay in perumbakkam.

Really horrible service. I went there with my mom as patient. We booked the room with kitchen they had no utensils they promised to provide utensils for us, after we checked in asked them politely for an hour for utensils they didn't give anything for over 2 hours and then when we got upset the staff started getting rude to us . Eventhough we paid for the room waited patiently for the entire time . They finally listened once we got really upset. The managers are fine but the stuff is really rude. If you are considering going there please don't. The hotel management needs to look into their staff. All the reviews say the same if I had seen this before I would've never booked a room there. update - after posting the review , the staff called and instead of apologising for their behaviour they asked me to delete the review . I had never seen this kind of horrible management by a hotel . They dont relise that their own service staff is being rude to their customers in different language and instead of correcting them, they are asking the customer to delete their review. I was wondering why the hotel had above 4 review even with the horrible service now I understood they literally try to tell customers who give honest review to either delete it or check out. over all this place is truly horrible.

Decent budget hotel. Well maintained. Rooms are clean. However passage and the stairs aren't monitored closely and one can see a pile or trash, leftover food and cleaning stuff - mops etc

Hotel stay is good. Compact .kitchen is also available inside the room itself with gas and vessels. Those interested may cook. Price reasonable.very near global hospital perumbakam.

Very neatly maintained hotel with nice front desk people. Price is reasonable and they provide breakfast as compliment too. All the toiletries are available. Close to shollinganallur.
